Hautes Etudes du Goût

The institute was established in February 2004 at the initiative of the French government. Indeed, Le Cordon Bleu has been requested by the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Craft, to Professions and Consumer Affairs to become a founding member of that entity.

The mission of Hautes Etudes du Goût is the preservation and development of culinary art around a multidisciplinary training in the world of taste and gastronomy in partnership with the University of Reims-Champagne-Ardennes.
