Techniques 1 Workshop - 5 September 2012 Our Techniques 1 Workshop introduces a number of basic skills to teach an understanding of fundamental culinary techniques. This four-part course is taught on weekday evenings through September. Course Dates and Apply
Boulangerie Workshop - 16 September 2012 Our Boulangerie Workshop teaches the same basic techniques used to produce items sold in our own Café Le Cordon Bleu. Taste of Le Cordon Bleu - 22 September 2012 Taste of Le Cordon Bleu teaches an essential foundation of culinary knowledge to increase your confidence in the kitchen. Following a gala dinner organised by Le Cordon Bleu in partnership with the Sheraton Hotel Chongqing, Chef Eric Bédiat – who assisted preparations for the 6-course dinner – travelled to Shanghai. Here, Chef Eric led a number of culinary demonstrations with the support of Sopexa (French food, wine and lifestyle agency) and the Shanghai Business & Tourism School (SHSMLY).
