Guest Chef Grzegorz Olejarka at the London Institute
Le Cordon Bleu London welcomed prominent Polish chef Grzegorz Olejarka to our London institute for a demonstration of Polish cuisine on the theme of ‘past and present’ to our students. Modern interpretations were applied to classic recipes dating back as far as 1312 to produce nine stunning dishes demonstrating creativity and impressive skill.

Le Cordon Bleu will travel to Lisbon this March to attend the Futuralia Education, Training and Employability Exhibition. Held between Wednesday 13th and Saturday 16th March, the event is Portugal’s largest educational guidance fair, providing guidance on further education opportunities, employment initiatives and youth organisations.

Meet Le Cordon Bleu in Sweden
Le Cordon Bleu will visit Stockholm on Saturday 16th February to attend the Blueberry education fair and meet with prospective students. Our representatives will be in attendance to discuss the widely respected qualifications provided by Le Cordon Bleu, and how our educational pathways lead to a wealth of opportunities in the industry. A Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef will also host a seminar from 3:30pm to explain the unique teaching methodology applied at our academies internationally.

UK Pastry Team Secures Top-Ten Competition Finish
We are proud to announce the UK Club Coupe du Monde pastry team have achieved a ninth place finish out of 22 competitors at this year’s Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie final. The event took place on Sunday 27th and Monday 28th January in Lyon, with 22 national teams of highly-skilled Master Chefs competing for the gold medal.

The event attracts over 750 companies from more than 25 countries to demonstrate advances in culinary equipment, host presentations, workshops, and seminars, and provide expert industry advice for attendants.
