Programs & Courses
The foundation of Le Cordon Bleu London's curriculum is made up of two programs: Cuisine and Pâtisserie. There are 3 levels of certification with each program – Beginner, Intermediate, Superior. Each level of certification can be completed in 3 months. These certifications for the Cuisine and Pâtisserie programs form the basis of what is known as Le Cordon Bleu's Classic Cycle program. Students graduate from the Classic Cycle program with either a Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie.
Le Cordon Bleu diplomas in cuisine and Pâtisserie are recognized worldwide by industry professionals and together, they make up Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu. Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu can be completed in as little as 9 months when the Cuisine and Pâtisserie programs are done simultaneously or it can be completed in 18 months if a student chooses to do them separately.
