Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival
Henley-on-Thames, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2009

Le Cordon Bleu London is the proud sponsor of the "Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival". Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival is a two day event celebrating the best of English food; from supplier, to producer, to chef. It will be held on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2009 at Henley-on-Thames, a lovely town out of London. How to get there?

Throughout the two day festival, our Chefs will be showcasing their gastronomic talent on our marquee. They will perform live demonstrations to an audience of ‘foodies’. The demonstration recipes, consisting of both Pâtisserie and Cuisine, have been carefully selected and are expected to make mouths water!  We have invited the World Champion Ice Carver, Chef Armando from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. He will be performing within our marquee over the weekend.

On Saturday 16th May, come and watch Chef Julie Walsh performing an Artisan Chocolate Centrepiece demonstration at 4.15pm in the Celebrity Chef arena alongside some of this country’s finest chefs.
